The Complete Beatles are one of the UK's premier, fully-professional Beatles tribute bands and are based in the famous Liverpool suburb of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands.

The aim of a good Beatles tribute band is to not only recreate the on-stage look, but also to accurately capture the music, vocals, harmonies and energy of the originals....that's why The Complete Beatles have received the supreme accolade from one of their idols and a man who was part of the Merseybeat pop revolution - GERRY MARSDEN who said;

In 1963, Roy Orbison headlined a European tour with The Beatles and became lifelong friends with the band, especially John Lennon and George Harrison, who both admired his song writing skills.

During their tour of Europe in 1963, it was Orbison who encouraged the Beatles to come to the United States. Such was their admiration and respect for Orbison, that when they toured America, they even asked him to manage their tour, but his schedule forced him to decline.

The Empire Theatre Halstead was revived as a place of entertainment in 1978 after a period of inactivity that stretched back to 1971 when the Foulconbridge brother's tenure came to an end. Halstead Town Council bought the building and then leased it to the Empire Theatre Trust with the intention of restoring the Empire Theatre as a place for local entertainment that had been the envy of many similar sized towns during earlier decades of the 20th century.

Today the Empire Theatre is fully independently run by the Empire Theatre Trust which is made up of a collection of enthusiastic local residents giving their time on a voluntary basis. Many forms of entertainment are put on at the theatre including tribute acts, 60s concerts, country music, comedy, drama productions and pantomime - all making great use of a state of the art lighting desk and new sound equipment provided by trustees.
