Compere - HARVEY OLIVER
If Harvey Oliver seems familiar then he probably is.

For while the name may be new, in a previous life he had been in the entertainment business for many years. As an actor he was a star of many a sitcom, including Only Fools and Horses, where he played of all things a stand-up comedian.

Deciding to reinvent himself with a whole new name, persona and act, Harvey found himself playing to sell-out clubs across the country on the strength of just one or two open mic spots. His style can range from loud and in yer face to honest observations about life and the entertainment business. Just don't mention docusoaps or laugh at his beloved QPR!


Opening Act - PIERRE HOLLINS
A genuine unsung hero of comedy, Pierre Hollins has been wowing them in the aisles for too many years for you and him to mention.

A crowd favourite with a stage presence and delivery style that is the envy of many of his peers, he still appears as fresh today as the day he started.


Closing Act - JUNIOR SIMPSON
Having survived being called "the new Lenny Henry" - he's much funnier than that, lapsed choirboy Junior Simpson is a true star of both the black comic firmament and far beyond. He will be a familiar face from the big, bad world of TV, both from the likes of The Real McCoy, as one of the team captains alongside Suggs on Night Fever and as host and star of two of his own series, In the Dark with Junior Simpson and The Hit Man, both for Channel 5. He has also worked with the likes of Jo Brand, Rolf Harris, Frank Skinner and Jonathan Ross.

Waterfront Place plays host to The Comedy Club for fortnightly evenings of pure entertainment and laughter. Comedy Club Seating
Shared table seating will be allocated on the night. This is standard practice for all Comedy Club Ltd events and applies however you book. Long tables are made up of between 10 & 20 places. All seats have a good view of the stage!

Comedy Club events also have their own private bar with full waitress service.
